PROJECT ESTIMATOR
We are seeking a detail-driven team member to perform the preliminary project estimating responsibilities for our locker and flooring divisions. This role will work closely with other business leaders and external clients. This position will be an integral part of our project estimating team and will help build the company culture.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
This key role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Grid’s approved projects acting as the bridge from our sales team to our external client. This role requires both client-facing and internal communication across business units via phone, email, and virtual video calls. Specific experience in construction and/or manufacturing project management is required along with traveling to job sites 20% of the time. Grid is a fast, young, and energetic culture that is seeking long-term team members to join our family.

ASSEMBLY + QC
This position will be responsible for following assembly instructions and correctly placing doweled cabinet panels together and attaching parts to create the finished locker products.
- Assemble parts and materials based on work papers to create finished goods.
- Inspecting parts for quality standards and appropriate quantities per job.
- Cleans and maintains work area and equipment including tools.
- Communicate with the production manager to ensure accuracy, speed, and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned

MACHINE OPERATOR
This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment including but not limited to Beam Panel Saws, CNC Routers, Edgebanders, Bore and dowel Machines, Door Hinging Machines, Graphics Lasers, and General Assembly of lockers.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance including troubleshooting problems to maintain quality standards and to keep equipment in running condition – request maintenance as required.
- Inspecting parts for quality standards and appropriate quantities per job.
- Recognizing when routine adjustments are necessary and identifying errors at the earliest possible stage to minimize production rework.
- Other duties as assigned.
